Terms and Conditions for Parents

By engaging a tutor through LittleWiser, parents/clients agree to the agency’s terms and conditions stated below.

The agency commission is equivalent to 50% of the first month’s tuition fees. Payment for the first two weeks of lessons shall be made directly to LittleWiser unless otherwise stated.

Tuition fees after the agency commission period shall be paid directly to the tutor unless otherwise arranged.

Parents are required to make payment promptly upon invoice/payment request. Delayed payments may result in suspension of lessons or tutor reassignment.

Once a tutor has been assigned and the first lesson is confirmed, parents shall not bypass the agency to engage the tutor privately. Any direct arrangements made without the agency’s consent may result in compensation claims equivalent to the agency commission.

Requests for tutor replacement should be communicated promptly. The agency will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement but does not guarantee immediate replacement availability.

Parents are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the student’s level, subjects, schedule, and learning requirements to facilitate proper tutor matching.

The agency reserves the right to withdraw or terminate a tutor assignment in cases involving inappropriate behaviour, unsafe environments, repeated payment delays, or unreasonable conduct.

While LittleWiser strives to match suitable tutors based on the client’s requirements, the agency does not guarantee specific academic outcomes or examination results.

By submitting an enquiry or engaging a tutor through LittleWiser, parents consent to the collection and use of personal information solely for tuition coordination and matching purposes.
